Engine main relay supplies power to cooling fan relay. Disconnect wiring harness from engine main relay. Relay is located in engine compartment relay/fuse box. Check continuity between relay terminals as shown. See Fig 1.
NOTE:
Engine main relay may be called ignition main relay on MR2.
