Idle Speed Control (ISC) Valve
On Cressida and Supra models, the ISC performs the same function as the auxiliary air valve on other vehicles. It controls air flow through the throttle body air by-pass passage to maintain idle speed when engine is cold or during air conditioner operation.

When to See a Mechanic
