Sliding Lid - Center Console - Remove and Replace: Remove
2018 Tesla Model 3 BaseSECTION Remove
- Remove the center console. See CENTER CONSOLE (2ND GENERATION) (REMOVE AND REPLACE)Β .NOTE: Do not remove the security controller.
- Remove the cup holder. See CUP HOLDER (REMOVE AND REPLACE)Β .
- Disconnect the sliding lid connector and release the connector from the console assembly.
- Remove the screws (x9) that attach the sliding lid to the center console assembly.
Tip: Use of the following tool(s) is recommended:
- Torx T20 socket
- 4 in extension
- 1/4 in std ratchet
- Remove the sliding lid from the console assembly.
