Installation Procedure

2013 Suzuki SX4 Crossover, Automatic CVT TransSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the evaporator core to the blower case assembly.
  2. Assemble the two halves of the blower case assembly.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the screws to retain the two halves of the blower case assembly.

    Tightening torque 

    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

  4. Install the blower motor control module to the blower case assembly.
  5. Install the blower motor control module screws to the blower case assembly.

    Tightening torque 

    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

  6. Install the blower motor to the blower case assembly.
  7. Install the blower motor screws to the blower case assembly.

    Tightening torque 

    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in). 

  8. Install the air inlet assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION PROCEDURE .
  9. Install the evaporator case assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION PROCEDURE .
  10. Install the HVAC module. Refer to INSTALLATION PROCEDURE .
