- Check pulley for wear, damage or other abnormal conditions.
- For CVT model, check pulley according to the following procedures.
- Fix center of pulley.
- Check that pulley locks up when turned in clockwise direction [a] and rotates smoothly in counterclockwise direction [b]. If faulty condition is found, replace pulley.
