Removal Procedure

2013 Suzuki SX4 Crossover, Automatic CVT TransSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDURE .
  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDURE .
  3. Remove the front tire/wheel assemblies. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDURE .
  4. Remove the left side engine splash shield. Refer to ENGINE SPLASH SHIELD REPLACEMENT - LEFT SIDE .
  5. Place drain pans under the vehicle as needed.

  6. Compress the power steering cooler pipe clamp (1) and disconnect the power steering cooler pipe (2) from the remote power steering fluid reservoir.

  7. Disconnect the power steering cooler pipe fitting (1) from the power steering gear.
  8. Unclip all power steering cooler pipe routing brackets.
  9. Remove the power steering cooler pipe from the vehicle.
