- Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDURE .
- Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor.
- Remove the air cleaner bolt.
- Disengage the air cleaner pins from the front panel and remove the air cleaner assembly.
- If replacing the air cleaner assembly, remove the MAF/IAT sensor. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDURE .
