- Install the thermostat with a NEW thermostat seal.CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the thermostat housing bolts.
Tightening torque
Tighten the thermostat housing bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in) .
- Install the heater inlet and outlet pipes. Refer to INSTALLATION PROCEDURE and INSTALLATION PROCEDURE .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (LY7 GE 47716 FILL) and DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (LY7 STATIC FILL) .
