No. 2 Rear Control Valve Body Assemble

Reference: NO. 2 REAR CONTROL VALVE BODY DISASSEMBLEΒ .
- Inspect the No. 2 rear control valve body (445) casting for the following conditions:
- Porosity
- Cracks
- Damaged machine surface
- Chips or debris
- Damage to valve bores
- Inspect all valves, springs, bushings, and clean all components in clean solvent.
- Install the second clutch (B2) control valve (446).
- Install the second clutch (B2) control valve spring (447).
- Install the second clutch (B2) control valve plug (448).
- Install the sleeve/bore plug retainer (459).
- Install the lock up control valve (454).
- Install the lock up control valve plunger (455).
- Install the lock up control valve spring (456).
- Install the lock up control valve sleeve (457).
- Install the sleeve/bore plug retainer (458).
- Install the reverse shift restrict ball check valve bushing - inner (451).
- Install the reverse shift restrict ball check valve (452).
- Install the reverse shift restrict ball check valve bushing - outer (453).
- Install the sleeve/bore plug retainer (459).
- Install the 2 accumulator check valve assemblies (353).
- Install the TCC check valve spring (449).
- Install the TCC check valve (450).
