Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the rear seat back cushion finish panel. Refer to REAR SEAT NUMBER 2 BACK CUSHION PANEL REPLACEMENT .
1 Rear Seat Head Restraint
  1. Push the button in and raise the head restraint to the full-up position.
  2. Insert a small round tool into the guide hole
  3. Pull up to remove the head restraint.
2 Front Seat Head Restraint Guides
Tip:  Squeeze the bottom of the guides together and push upward to remove.
