Transfer Oil Level Check

2013 Suzuki Kizashi Sport GTS, FWDSECTION Transfer Oil Level Check

  1. Hoist vehicle.
  2. Remove right and left engine under covers, and check oil leakage. If leakage exists, correct it.
  3. Remove transfer oil level/filler plug (1), check for oil contamination, and that the oil is just below the oil level/filler plug hole (2).

    If oil is excessively dirty or insufficient, replace oil or pour specified oil up to plug hole.

  4. Apply sealant to thread of level/filler plug, and then tighten it to specified torque.

    "A": Sealant 99000-31260 (SUZUKI Bond No. 1217G)Β 

    Tightening torqueΒ 

    Transfer oil level/filler plug (a): 23 N.m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 lbf-ft)Β
