TCM Initialization and Learning Control: Notes

In this operation, perform INITIALIZATION PROCEDUREΒ  before performing learning control procedure.

CAUTION:
  • When replacing TCM and CVT assembly, be sure to perform "TCM INITIALIZATION AND LEARNING CONTROLΒ ".
  • When replacing TCM and CVT assembly, replace CVT assembly first and then replace TCM. If CVT assembly is replaced before replacing TCM, be sure to perform INITIALIZATION PROCEDUREΒ  [B].
  • Neglecting this initialization may result in excessive shift shock.
