Reference: OUTSIDE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION 

Measure resistance of outside air temperature sensor using ohmmeter.

If check result is not as specified, replace outside air temperature sensor.

Outside air temperature sensor resistance 

0 °C (32 °F): 4.928 - 6.125 kΩ 

25 °C (77 °F): 1.615 - 1.785 kΩ 

40 °C (104 °F): 0.838 - 0.986 kΩ
