A/C Compressor Disassembly and Reassembly: Disassembly

2013 Suzuki Kizashi Sport GTS, FWDSECTION Disassembly

  1. Hold armature plate (2) with special tool and remove armature plate bolt (1).
  2. Remove armature plate and shim(s) from shaft.

  3. Remove snap ring (1) using (opening type) snap ring pliers.

  4. Remove magnet clutch pulley (2) with puller (1).

  5. Remove screw (1), and then remove bracket (3) of magnet clutch coil wire connector (2).

  6. Remove snap ring (1) using (opening type) snap ring pliers, and then remove magnet clutch coil (2).
