WIPER MOTOR TABLE

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the air inlet grille panel. Refer to AIR INLET GRILLE PANEL REPLACEMENT .
1 Windshield Washer System Module Assembly Bolts (Qty: 3)
CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .

Tightening torque 
Tighten the bolts in the mandatory sequence as shown to 12 N.m (9 lb ft) 
2 Windshield Washer System Module Assembly
  • Raise the module from the plenum and disconnect the electrical connector from the wiper motor.
  • Re-connect the electrical connector prior to the installation of the wiper washer module back into the plenum.
3 Windshield Washer Module Assembly Harness
4 Windshield Washer Module Assembly Harness Rosebud
Tip:  Ensure the rosebud is fastened to the plenum flange to ensure the harness is secure.
