DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE

Step Action YES NO
Push switch signal circuit and push switch ground circuit check 
  1. Confirm that ignition mode of keyless push start system is "OFF".
  2. Disconnect engine switch and "G04" connectors.
  3. Check for proper terminal connection to engine switch and "G04" connectors.
  4. If connections are OK, check the following points.
    • Resistance of "A1", "A2" and "B1" circuits: less than 3 Ω
    • Resistance between "A1", "A2" circuits and ground: infinity
    • Resistance between "A1", "A2" circuit terminals and each terminal at engine switch connector: infinity
    • Resistance between "B1" circuit terminal and each terminal at engine switch connector: infinity

Are they in good condition? 
Go to Step 2. Repair or replace defective wire harness.
Push switch check 
  1. Check push switch, see ENGINE SWITCH INSPECTION .

Is it in good condition? 
Replace keyless start control module and recheck DTC, see KEYLESS START CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION . Replace engine switch, see ENGINE SWITCH REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
