DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE

Step Action YES NO
1  P position switch signal circuit check 
  1. Confirm that ignition mode of keyless push start system is "OFF".
  2. Disconnect select lever and "L01" connectors.
  3. Check for proper terminal connection to select lever and "L01" connectors.
  4. If connections are OK, check the following points.
    • Resistance of "A1" circuit: less than 3 Ω
    • Resistance between "A1" circuit and ground: infinity
    • Resistance between "A1" circuit terminal and each terminal at select lever connector: infinity

Are they in good condition? 		 Go to Step 2. Repair or replace defective wire harness.
2  P position switch check 
  1. Check P position switch, see P POSITION SWITCH INSPECTION .

Is it in good condition? 		 Replace keyless start control module and recheck DTC, see KEYLESS START CONTROL MODULE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION . Replace select lever, see SELECT LEVER ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
