2012 Suzuki Kizashi Sport GTS, 4WDSECTION Fuel Tank Inlet Valve Inspection

Reference:Β FUEL TANK INLET VALVE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATIONΒ 

CAUTION: If the fuel tank inlet valve is opened excessively during inspection, the inlet valve spring may be damaged. Do not open the fuel tank inlet valve more than 80Β°. If opened over 80Β°, replace the fuel tank inlet valve.

Check fuel tank inlet valve for the following points.

If any damage or malfunction is found, replace.

  • Check for damage
  • Make sure opening and closing is smooth
  • Make sure that value is not open by more than 80 degrees "a".

If there is a problem relating to any of the points above, replace with new one.
