Description of Ignition Mode Switching Procedure
Push engine switch without depressing the brake pedal (CVT model) or clutch pedal (M/T model), and while information display indicates "PLACE KEY FOB ON START SWITCH" for about 10 seconds, place remote controller on engine switch for about 2 seconds. Through this process, keyless start control module checks remote controller ID code, and keyless start control module permits switching of ignition mode according to operational state of the engine switch only when code corresponds with the registered code.
