  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE .
  2. Loosen the exhaust muffler clamps.

  3. With the aid of an assistant, separate the rubber insulators from the exhaust pipe hangers.
  4. With the aid of an assistant, remove the muffler assembly from exhaust flexible pipe and the vehicle.
