- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE .
- Loosen the exhaust muffler clamps.
- With the aid of an assistant, separate the rubber insulators from the exhaust pipe hangers.
- With the aid of an assistant, remove the muffler assembly from exhaust flexible pipe and the vehicle.
