2009 Suzuki Equator Sport, 4D Pickup Extra Cab, 4WDSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (LY7 GE 47716 FILL)Β  and DRAINING AND FILLING COOLING SYSTEM (LY7 STATIC FILL)Β .
  2. Remove the heater inlet and outlet pipes. Refer to REMOVAL PROCEDUREΒ  and REMOVAL PROCEDUREΒ .
  3. Remove the thermostat housing bolts (1).
  4. Remove the housing.
  5. Remove the thermostat (3) and discard the thermostat seal (4).
