Heater Core Removal
2005 Suzuki Verona EXSECTION Heater Core Removal
- Remove the instrument panel from the vehicle. Refer to "INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL ".
- Remove the wiring harness from the aircon - module.
- Slide the cable eyelet off the post on the temperature door lever.
- Remove the mode motor ventilation link.
- Remove the air inlet case with the screws.
- Remove the evaporator core case cover.
- Remove the heater core cover with the screws.
- Remove the heater core clip.
- Remove the heater core from the case.
