2004 Suzuki XL-7 EX, 4WDSECTION A/C Condenser Fan Assembly Inspection for H27 Engine Model
  • Check continuity between each terminals. If check results are continuity, proceed to the next operation check.

    If not, replace it with new one.

  • Connect battery to condenser fan motor as shown in figure, and then check if it operates smoothly and fan speed varies.

    If it does not operate smoothly, replace it with new one.

    Reference specified consumption current at 12 VΒ 

    1. LOW: 6.0 - 8.0 A
    2. HIGH: 9.0 - 11.0 A
