  1. Disable fuel injectors by disconnecting injector harness connectors. Remove ignition coils from valve cover(s). Remove spark plugs and inspect for fouling or improper gap. Repair as necessary.
  2. Connect spark plugs to ignition coils. Ground spark plugs. Have an assistant depress clutch pedal (M/T). Crank engine. Check for strong Blue spark at spark plug. If spark is not present, check for faulty spark plug. If spark plug is okay, check ignition coil resistance. See IGNITION COIL RESISTANCEΒ  .
