1990 Suzuki Swift GL, 2D Hatchback, StandardSECTION ECM Actuator Circuits (Sidekick)
  1. If an ECM actuator circuit is shorted to ground, ECM could be damaged. Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect ECM connector(s). Check resistance between indicated ECM connector terminals. See the ECM ACTUATOR CIRCUIT RESISTANCE (SIDEKICK)Β  table.
  2. If resistance is not within specification, check resistance of wiring or components. See appropriate WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
ECM ACTUATOR CIRCUIT RESISTANCE (SIDEKICK)

Actuator (1) Terminals Ohms
Fuel Injector B8 & B17 1-2
ISC Solenoid B6 & B15 5-7
Lock-Up Relay & Mix. Heater Relay A10 & A11 180-220
EGR Sol. & Throttle Opener Solenoid B5 & B14 70-80
Control Relay (2) 114-140
(1) Check resistance between these ECM connector terminals.
(2) Check resistance between ECM terminal B16 and terminal "F" at control relay connector (with control relay connector connected).
