Throttle Cable Adjustment

- Ensure cable has 0.4-0.6" (10-15 mm) free play. Hold exposed portion of cable at center and move cable up and down to measure play. Use lock nuts on cable bracket to adjust free play. See Fig 1 .
- If hand vacuum pump is used to close throttle opener, ensure cable free play is 0.12-0.20" (3-5 mm). Use lock nuts on cable bracket to adjust free play.
