Secondary Speed Sensor: Installation
2022 Subaru Impreza Base, 4D Sedan, Automatic CVT TransSECTION Installation
CAUTION:
- Be sure to prevent water or oil from contacting the connector terminal of secondary speed sensor. If adhesion occurs, replace with a new part.Β
- After installing the secondary speed sensor, adjust the CVTF level.Β
- Install the secondary speed sensor and spacer.NOTE:
- Use new O-rings.Β
- Apply CVTF to the O-rings.Β
Tightening torque:Β 7 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 5.2 ft-lb)
- Connect the harness connector.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
- Refill CVTF to adjust the CVTF level. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR580 IMPREZA)>CVTFΒ .
