Speedometer Test

- Rear wheel free roller system
- Set the free roller on the floor of rear wheel side securely according to the wheel base and rear tread of the vehicle.
- Let the vehicle ride on the tester and free roller gently.CAUTION:
Fix the vehicle using a pulling metal (chain or wire).Β
- Set the speedometer tester.
- Conduct the speedometer test work.CAUTION:
- Do not operate the steering wheel.Β
- Avoid abrupt operations of the acceleration pedal and brake pedal.Β
- Perform the measurement at the vehicle speed of 50 km/h (31 MPH) or less and complete within 1 minute.Β
- Rear wheel jack-up system
- Set the vehicle on speedometer tester.CAUTION:
Fix the vehicle using a pulling metal (chain or wire).Β
- Jack up the rear wheels and set the rigid racks to the rear side jack up point.
- Conduct the speedometer test work.CAUTION:
- Do not operate the steering wheel.Β
- Avoid abrupt operations of the acceleration pedal and brake pedal.Β
- Perform the measurement at the vehicle speed of 50 km/h (31 MPH) or less and complete within 1 minute.Β
- Set the vehicle on speedometer tester.
