- When the engine coolant (engine side) is drained before removing the intake manifold assembly
- Remove the throttle body. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO(HEV))>THROTTLE BODY>REMOVALΒ .
- Remove the purge control solenoid valve. Ref. to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (H4DO(HEV))>PURGE CONTROL SOLENOID VALVE>REMOVAL .
- Remove the EGR pipe. Ref. to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (H4DO(HEV))>EGR PIPE>REMOVAL .
- Remove the manifold absolute pressure sensor. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO(HEV))>MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR>REMOVALΒ .
- Remove the engine wiring harness stay (A) and collector cover bracket (B).
