Electronic Parking Brake System
- Start the engine, and operate and release the electronic parking brake a few times with the vehicle at a standstill.
- Check if the warning light illuminates or blinks, or DTC is displayed.NOTE:
If the DTC is displayed, perform the diagnosis using "Diagnostic Procedure with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC)" . Ref. to BRAKE CONTROL (DIAGNOSTICS) (HEV)>DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE WITH DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC) .
- Drive the vehicle at least 10 minutes, and operate and release the electronic parking brake a few times.CAUTION:
Do not drive the vehicle with the warning light illuminated or blinked.

When to See a Mechanic
