Auto Start Stop OFF Switch: Inspection

2022 Subaru Impreza Base, 4D Sedan, Automatic CVT TransSECTION Inspection
  1. Check that there is no deformation, cracks or other damages.
  2. Check the resistance between terminals shown in the following table.

    Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard
    6 - 8 Switch ON Less than 1 Ξ©
    Switch OFF 1 MΞ© or more
  3. Apply battery voltage between the terminals shown in the table below to check lighting condition of illumination inside the switch.
    CAUTION:

    When applying battery voltage, do not mix up the positive (+) side and the negative (-) side.Β 

    Incorrect polarity connection may cause LED damage inside the switch.Β
