Rear Regulator and Motor Assembly: Removal

2022 Subaru Impreza Base, 4D Sedan, Automatic CVT TransSECTION Removal
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
    NOTE:

    For the hybrid model, disconnect the battery negative terminal.Β 

  2. Remove the trim panel - rear door. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>DOOR TRIM>REMOVAL>REAR DOOR .
  3. Remove the rear sealing cover. Ref. to EXTERIOR BODY PANELS>SEALING COVER>REMOVAL>REAR SEALING COVER .
  4. Remove the glass assembly - rear door. Ref. to GLASS/WINDOW/MIRRORS>REAR DOOR GLASS>REMOVALΒ .
  5. Remove the regulator and motor assembly - rear.
    1. Disconnect the connector of the motor - rear.

    2. Remove the bolts, and then remove the regulator and motor assembly - rear.
