Air Cleaner Case: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. < Ref. to BATTERY , NOTE, Repair Contents. >
  2. Remove the air intake duct. < Ref. to REMOVALΒ , Air Intake Duct. >
  3. Remove the air cleaner element. < Ref. to REMOVALΒ , Air Cleaner Element. >
  4. Remove the bolts securing the air cleaner case (front) to the vehicle body.
  5. Remove the air cleaner case (front).
    NOTE: The protrusion of the air cleaner case (front) is inserted in the cushion of the air cleaner case bracket.
