Combination Meter: Installation

2016 Subaru Legacy 2.5iSECTION Installation
CAUTION:
  • Make sure the electrical connector is connected securely.
  • Make sure that each meter operates normally.
  • When the combination meter assembly of the model without keyless access with push button start has been replaced, perform the registration of immobilizer. (Except for C0 and C5 models) For the relevant procedures, refer to the "REGISTRATION MANUAL FOR IMMOBILIZER".
  • When the combination meter is replaced, perform the variant work. < Ref. to VARIANT WORKΒ , OPERATION, Combination Meter System. >
  1. Install the combination meter assembly.

    Tightening torque:Β 

    7 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 5.2 ft-lb)Β 

  2. Install the visor assembly - lower.
  3. Install the cover assembly - instrument panel LWR driver.
  4. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. < Ref. to BATTERY , NOTE, Repair Contents. >
