  1. Check that the vehicle status is as follows:
    • Ignition switch OFF
    • One window is completely open
    • Keyless access system is activated (or disabled if re-activating)
  2. Sit in the driver's seat with the door closed and press the door lock switch to UNLOCK once.
  3. Open the driver's door within five seconds.
  4. Within 5 seconds, with the driver's door opened, slowly press the door lock switch to UNLOCK twice.
  5. Within 10 seconds after finishing step Β 4), perform the closing β†’ opening operation of the driver's door twice.
  6. Within 10 seconds after finishing step Β 5), with the driver's door opened, slowly press the door lock switch to UNLOCK twice.
  7. Within 10 seconds after finishing step Β 6), perform the closing β†’ opening operation of the driver's door once.
  8. Within five seconds, close the driver's door.
    NOTE:
    • Perform the same procedures to re-activate the keyless access system from the disabled condition.
    • If the driver's door is opened or closed in step Β 4) and step Β 6), the cancel operation is disabled.
