AUX Input Terminal: Removal

- Disconnect the ground cable from battery. < Ref. to
BATTERY
, NOTE, Note.>NOTE:
- On CVT models, shift the select lever into "D" before disconnecting the battery ground cable.
- For the 12 volt engine restart battery of HEV model, disconnect the ground terminal from 12V engine restart battery sensor.
- Remove the console box assembly. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Console Box.>
- Remove the AUX input terminal.
- Remove the claws at four locations.
- Remove the AUX input terminal assembly by pushing it into the console box.
- Remove the cover - shift lever.
- Remove the shift knob. (MT model)
- Release the clips and claws, then pull up the cover - shift lever.
- Remove the panel center LWR RH.
- Remove the screws and clips.
- Release the claws, and pull the panel center LWR RH to remove.
- On manual A/C models, disconnect the control cables from both sides of the heater and cooling unit assembly.
