Intake Manifold: Assembly

- Connect the PCV hose and vacuum control hose to intake manifold.
- Connect the vacuum hose to the intake manifold, and install the purge control solenoid valve.
Tightening torque:Β
19 N.m (1.9 kgf-m, 14.0 ft-lb)Β
- Install the throttle body to the intake manifold.NOTE: Use a new gasket.
Tightening torque:Β
8 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.9 ft-lb)Β
- Temporarily install the EGR pipe to the intake manifold.NOTE:
- Use new O-rings.
- Tighten the EGR pipe when installing the intake manifold. < Ref. to INSTALLATION , EGR Pipe. >
