DTC B1100 INTEG. Unit System Error: Trouble Symptom

2010 Subaru Impreza 2.5i, 4D Sedan, AutomaticSECTION Trouble Symptom
  • Check light comes on in the combination meter.
  • LAN communication immobilizer function may not be executed normally.
DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

Step Check Yes No
1 CHECK DTC.Β 
Check DTC indicated by body integrated unit. Ref. to READ DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE (DTC)Β , OPERATION, Subaru Select Monitor.
Is the DTC B1100 displayed current malfunction? Go to step 2.Β  Temporary EEPROM access error occurred.
2 CHECK CONNECTOR.Β 
  1. Turn the ignition switch to OFF.
  2. Disconnect the body integrated unit connector.
  3. Connect the disconnected connectors.
  4. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
  5. Read the DTC of body integrated unit using Subaru Select Monitor.
Is the DTC B1100 displayed current malfunction? Replace the body integrated unit. Ref. to REMOVAL , Body Integrated Unit. Temporary EEPROM access error occurred.
