WARNING: Disable air bag system before servicing steering column. Failure to disable system could result in accidental air bag deployment and possible personal injury. To disable system, disconnect negative battery cable. Wait at least 10 minutes before servicing steering column to allow system back-up power supply capacitor to discharge.
