- On Legacy, XT and XT6, ensure sleeve is in contact with rack assembly. See Figure . Loosen adjusting screw lock nut. Tighten adjusting screw to 44 INCH lbs. (5 N.m). Loosen adjusting screw 180 degrees. Turn adjusting screw until turning torque increases. Loosen adjusting screw 30 degrees.
- On Loyale, loosen adjusting screw lock nut. Tighten adjusting screw to 65 INCH lbs. (7.4 N.m). Loosen adjusting screw 180 degrees. Turn adjusting screw until turning torque increases. Loosen adjusting screw 25 degrees. Tighten adjusting screw lock nut to 22-36 ft. lbs. (30-49 N.m).
