Drive out pin. Separate fork and arm from rail. Measure clearance between each shifter fork and synchronizer sleeve groove. Clearance should be .016-.024" (.40-.60 mm). Inspect lock ball, shifter fork rail spring and shifter fork rail for deformation or wear. Replace if defective.
