Brake Warning Light does not Come ON [06/2015 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
- Check if CAN communication system DTCs are output.
Refer to DIAGNOSIS SYSTEM [06/2015 - ]

- Check if CAN communication system DTCs are output.
- PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (BRAKE WARNING LIGHT)
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Turn the Techstream on.
- Select the Active Test on the Techstream.
- According to the display on the Techstream, perform the Active Test.

- INSPECT COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Perform Active Test of the combination meter assembly using the Techstream.
Body Electrical > Combination Meter > Active Test
Tester Display Indicat. Lamp Brake - Check the combination meter assembly.

The brake warning light turns on or off in accordance with the Techstream.
