Rear Seat Assembly: Disassembly
- REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH
- REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH
- REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY CENTER
- REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER
- Remove the hog rings and seat cushion cover from the seat cushion pad.
- REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH
- Remove the clip and reclining cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.
- REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT RECLINING COVER LH
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the rear No. 2 reclining cover LH.
- REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT RECLINING COVER RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
- Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Remove the 2 reclining control cables as shown in the illustration. Then remove the control lever.
- Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover.
- REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH
- Remove the hog rings. Open the lower part of the seatback cover.
- Open the zipper.
- Pull the seatback board in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to detach the 2 claws.
- Pull the seatback board in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to detach the 2 hooks. Then, remove the seatback board.
- Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 headrest supports.
- Remove the seatback cover (with pad) from the seatback frame.
- Remove the hog rings and seatback cover from the seatback pad.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE LH
- Remove the 2 control cables as shown in the illustration.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE CENTER
- Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws labeled A.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- Pull the inside cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to detach the claw. Then, remove the shoulder belt guide.
- Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws labeled A.
- REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH
- Remove the hog rings. Open the lower part of the seatback cover.
- Open the zipper.
- Pull the seatback board in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to detach the 2 claws.
- Pull the seatback board in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to detach the 3 hooks. Then remove the seatback board.
- Detach the 8 claws and remove the 4 headrest supports.
- Remove the seatback cover (with pad) from the seatback frame.
- Remove the hog rings and seatback cover from the seatback pad.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER RH
- Remove the 2 screws.
- Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the male cover.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER LH
- Remove the male cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT SIDE HINGE MALE COVER
- Using a screwdriver, detach the claws and remove the male cover.
HINT:
Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- Using a screwdriver, detach the claws and remove the male cover.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY CENTER
- Detach the 2 claws and open the shoulder belt cover.
- Detach the hook.
- Remove the 4 nuts and belt.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER RH
- Detach the 3 claws and remove the belt cover.
- REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL CABLE RH
