Cylinder Head Bolts

Standard length 142.8 to 144.2 mm (5.622 to 5.677 inch)
Maximum length 147.1 mm (5.791 inch)
If the length is greater than the maximum, replace the bolt.

First pass 29 Nm (300 kgf-cm, 22 ft. lbs.)
Second pass Tighten 90°
Final pass Tighten 90°

Intake manifold bolts & nuts 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft. lbs.) in several steps
Camshaft Gear & Sprocket

First pass 13 Nm (129 kgf-cm, 9 ft. lbs.)
Final pass: No. 1 bearing cap 23 Nm (235 kgf-cm, 17 ft. lbs.)
Camshaft gear & sprocket bolt 64 Nm (653 kgf-cm, 47 ft. lbs.)

Exhaust manifold bolts & nuts 27 Nm (275 kgf-cm, 20 ft. lbs.)
