Removal Procedure

2010 Saturn Vue XE, 3.5 NSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to Air Conditioning and Heater Module Assembly Removal and InstallationΒ .

  3. Remove the center floor air outlet duct screws.
  4. Remove the center floor air outlet duct.

  6. Drill out the heater core cover heat stakes.
  7. Remove the heater core cover screws.
  8. Remove the heater core cover.

  10. Remove the heater core.
