Installation Procedure
- Install the seat height adjuster.
Tighten:Β Tighten the 4 bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
- Install the front seat backrest.
Tighten:Β Tighten the 4 bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
- Install the belt buckle tensioner.
- Insert the belt buckle tensioner in bracket.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolt to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
- For vehicles with seat heating:
- Install the wiring harness in seat cushion frame guide.
Clip in 2 clips.
- Position the wiring harness in the central wiring harness plug.
- Connect the 3 wiring harnesses in the central harness plug.
- Insert the wiring harness into grooved tube.
- Install the 3 cable ties.
- Install the paneling.
- Install the wiring harness in seat cushion frame guide.
- Install the interior paneling.
Insert the paneling.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolt to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
- Install the exterior paneling.
Insert the paneling.
Tighten:Β Tighten the 2 bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
- Install the rear seat backrest adjuster wheel.
Install the adjusting wheel.
- Install the height adjuster.
Tighten:Β Tighten the 2 bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
- Install the height adjuster panel.
Install the panel.
- Install the front seat.
- Connect the wiring harness plug.
- Insert into the front guide.
- Install the front seat, rear.
Tighten:Β Tighten the 2 bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).
- Install the front seat belt.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolt to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
- Insert the front seat belt securing panel.
Place the front seat in original position.
- Connect the battery.
