Removal Procedure
1. Remove the steering column filler panel. Refer to Steering Column Filler Replacement (Removal and Replacement) .
2. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) lower compartment screws and remove the compartment.
Installation Procedure
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
1. Install the I/P lower compartment and screws.
Tighten the I/P lower compartment screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
2. Install the steering column filler panel. Refer to Steering Column Filler Replacement (Removal and Replacement) .
