Liftgate Lock Assembly
2000 Saturn LS1 L4-2.2L VIN FSECTION Liftgate Lock Assembly
REMOVAL
1. Remove liftgate trim panel.
2. Disconnect electrical connector from lock assembly.
3. Remove liftgate lock assembly retaining nuts.
4. Disconnect latch cable from lock cylinder assembly. Remove cylinder assembly.
INSTALLATION
1. Reconnect latch cable to lock cylinder assembly.
2. Position cylinder assembly in liftgate and install lock cylinder assembly retaining nuts.
Torque: 3.0 N.m (27 in-lbs)
3. Reconnect electrical connector.
4. Install liftgate trim panel.
