Power Steering Pump: Installation
1997 Saturn SC1 AutomaticSECTION Installation
- Inspect "O" rings at both ends of pressure hose and at steering gear end of return hose. Replace if necessary. Connect pressure and return hoses to pump. Tighten pressure hose fittings to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONSΒ .
- Position pump in vehicle. To install remaining components, reverse removal procedure. Fill and bleed hydraulic system. See HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEEDINGΒ under LUBRICATION.
