DTC P0713 will set under the following conditions:
- Engine is running for at least 3 1/2 minutes.
- PCM detects a transaxle temperature less than -35°F (-37°C).
- Engine coolant temperature is greater than 1°F (-17°C).

When to See a Mechanic
